广式月子餐的特色

        以广东地区月子菜式 为主结合台湾月子餐理念,也分4周3阶段为产妇调理身体。每个阶段餐点功能不同,菜式精致多样,注重催乳下奶、调理血气、恢复体质。药膳和甜品是广式月子餐的亮点。

        第一阶段(产后第一周):补血排毒,催乳通便;排出恶露,促进宫缩。主打菜式:糯小米粥、红糖炖蛋、酒酿、麻油猪肝、各种鱼汤。

       第二阶段(产后第二周):帮助骨盆腔复旧,促进新陈代谢,预防腰背酸疼。主打菜式:杜仲猪腰、牛尾猪尾汤。

       第三阶段(产后第三周至满月):滋养、进补,调理血气,更青春靓丽。主打菜式:麻油鸡、猪脚姜

    I would like to inquire How much are the postpartum month meals for a natural birth and c-section? Also, would you be able to provide sample meal menus for the different births in English?

    • Hi Anna, although the menu for the natural birth and C-section is different, the costs are the same, $80 per day, pay by weekly. At this moment, I do not have an English vision of the menu available, but I will work on it to make it available to customers who have a different language preference in the future. The differences between the natural and C-section menu mainly are: 1. The dishes for immediate post-surgery will be altered to either semi-liquid, soft, or other textures to suit post surgical needs. 2. The herbal teas, Shenghua soup (the Chinese medicine soup to help expel lochia) and Yanggan soup (the red date soup to detoxicate the anesthetic end products) will be scheduled for 2 weeks in postpartum. 3. No seafood especially shrimps and crabs are scheduled for the first two weeks following childbirth. 4. Increased protein and fresh vegetables portion to help wound healing. 5. Use appropriate herbal teas or fish soup etc. to help breast milk production.
