We specialize in healthy meals, serving mainly women, clients recovering from illness, and everyday individuals who value healthy eating and wish to improve their wellness through nutrition. Lead Cook (厨房主管 / 主厨)
工作性质 / Position Type
- Full-time 全职
岗位职责 / Responsibilities
- 独立完成主要餐品烹饪与出餐,保证口味和质量稳定
- 按标准配方进行大批量腌肉、制作酱汁、备料
- 监督和培训 Line Cook,确保团队高效出餐
- 能独立负责日常厨房运作,保持出餐与管理顺畅
- 参与 岗位轮换(烹饪、备料、打包),保持对所有环节熟悉
- 参与餐单设计与改良,提出优化建议
- 根据需要,偶尔承担超市采购任务
- 可能需要参与活动主持或烹饪课程教学
- Independently cook and plate main dishes, ensuring consistent taste and quality
- Prepare bulk marinated meats, sauces, and key ingredients according to standardized recipes
- Supervise and train Line Cooks, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Capable of independently managing daily kitchen operations
- Participate in station rotation (cooking, prep, packaging) to stay familiar with all processes
- Contribute to menu design and improvement, providing optimization suggestions
- Occasional grocery shopping may be required
- May be asked to host events or assist with cooking classes
任职要求 / Requirements
- 2年以上中餐或商用厨房经验,有监督/管理经验优先
- 熟悉中式烹调的多种方式,包括:煎、炸、炒、蒸、煮、炖,并能灵活应用于日常出餐与菜单优化。
- 具备中英文读写能力者优先(Reading & writing in Chinese and English is a bonus)
- 头脑灵活,服从安排,能够独立解决问题

- 对营养和健康饮食有基本意识
- 熟悉中式与西式烹饪为加分项(Asian & Western cooking both are a bonus)
- 愿意学习,能够承担更多责任(如活动主持、教学)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Chinese or commercial kitchens; supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in various Chinese cooking techniques, including pan-frying, deep-frying, stir-frying, steaming, boiling, and braising, with the ability to apply them flexibly in daily meal preparation and menu improvement.
- Reading & writing in both Chinese and English is a bonus
- Quick learner, flexible, able to follow instructions and solve problems independently
- Passionate about cooking and committed to healthy cooking concepts (low oil, less salt, balanced nutrition)
- Basic awareness of nutrition and healthy eating
- Familiarity with both Asian and Western cooking is a plus
- Willing to learn and take on extra responsibilities (event hosting, teaching)
薪酬 / Salary

Line Cook (助理厨师 / 厨师)
工作性质 / Position Type
- Full-time / Part-time 全职或兼职均可
岗位职责 / Responsibilities
- 协助 Lead Cook 完成每日餐品出餐
- 独立负责汤品、部分甜品和配菜
- 执行 prep 工作:切菜、切肉、腌制前期准备
- 协助打包,按标准流程进行贴标、分餐
- 参与 岗位轮换(烹饪、备料、打包),根据需要灵活支援
- 在 Lead Cook 休息时,能临时顶岗
- 根据需要,偶尔承担超市采购任务
- 可能需要参与活动主持或烹饪课程教学
- Assist Lead Cook with daily cooking and food preparation
- Independently prepare soups, desserts, and side dishes
- Perform prep work: cutting vegetables, slicing meat, and pre-marination
- Help with packaging, labeling, and portioning according to standards
- Join station rotation (cooking, prep, packaging) and support wherever needed
- Able to step in when Lead Cook is absent
- Occasional grocery shopping may be required
- May be asked to host events or assist with cooking classes

- Familiarity with both Asian and Western cooking is a plus

薪酬 / Salary
- $18–22/h,视经验而定(DOE)

工作时间 / Schedule
- 周一至周六开放,时间为 早上 7:00 至下午 3:00
- 员工每周工作 5 天,轮流排班,每人每周至少休息 1–2 天
- 每周总工时不超过 44 小时,符合法规
- Open Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Employees work 5 days per week, with rotating shifts and at least 1–2 days off weekly
- Total hours not exceeding 44 hours per week, in compliance with Ontario labour law
