下午/傍晚送餐（凉）：不同区域到达时间不同

以下区域内，送餐费全免。不提供以下区域外的送餐。

  • Markham, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, East York, North York, York, Toronto, 及Downtown Dufferine 以东,到达时间为 周一至周六3-6PM（周日休息）
  • Downtown Dufferine 以西，Vaughan, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, Brampton, Hamilton, Aurora, New Market 到达时间为 周一至周六6-10PM（周日休息）

  • Hamilton 到达时间：每周二、四 6-10PM

  • Waterloo, Kitchener, and Guelph 到达时间： 每周三、六6-10PM 到达。

零接触送餐：

  • 独立屋/镇屋客户，餐点送到门口。
  • 公寓/医院客户，送餐员提前联系，大楼入口处交接餐（公寓前台有食物接收台的，下单时请注明。送餐员会把食物放公寓的食物接受台）。
  • 如无法到公寓大堂或医院门口拿餐，可要求送餐到单元门口，产生额外$5 +HST 费用。下单时请注明送货到Condo，我们会发Invoice给您。

送餐当天，客户会收到3个邮件通知：

  • 快递公司到我们厨房取餐
  • 餐点开始出发
  • 餐点已送达+食物在门口的图片

Afternoon/evening Delivery(cold food): 

  • Free delivery for all following areas (arrival time varies).
  • Markham, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, East York, North York, York, Downtown Dufferin East, Toronto arrival time 3-6PM, Mon to Sat.
  • Downtown Dufferin West, Vaughan, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville, Aurora, New Market arrival time 6-10PM, Mon to Sat.

  • Hamilton arrival time every Tuesday & Thursday 6-10PM.

  • Waterloo, Kitchener, and Guelph arrival time every Wednesday & Saturday 6-10PM.

Contactless Delivery Policy

 

🏠 Houses & Townhouses

Meals will be delivered directly to your front door.

🏢 Condos & Apartments

The delivery driver will contact you in advance and arrange pickup at the building entrance.

If your condo has a designated food drop-off table or concierge food reception area, please indicate this when placing your order. Our driver will leave your meals at the specified food reception area.

If you are unable to meet the driver at the building entrance or hospital entrance, you may request delivery directly to your unit door.

An additional fee of $5 + HST will apply.
Please note “Condo Unit Delivery” at checkout, and we will issue a separate invoice for this service.

🏥 Hospitals

Deliveries will be made at the hospital entrance unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Delivery Notifications

On your delivery day, you will receive three email notifications:

  1. When the courier picks up your order from our kitchen

  2. When your meals are out for delivery

  3. When your order has been delivered, including a photo confirmation showing where the meals were placed
