『我和宝贝』小产餐/小月子调理餐,是根据中医小产后调理理念和现代营养学健康膳食原则,精心制作,帮助女性快速恢复身心健康,调理保养子宫,为再次怀孕打好基础。同时解决小产后出现的溢奶、涨奶、体弱、出血过多问题,防止调理不当落下腰酸背痛、不育不孕等烦恼。
“小月子”的保养好坏,直接影响着女性日后的身体健康。人工流产虽然是一种比较安全的小手术,但它对子宫内膜和宫颈都是一种创伤,术后可能发生炎症、月经紊乱、闭经、宫颈宫腔粘连、继发不孕合并症等。部分女性由于有剖腹产史,子宫过度前屈或后屈、患子宫肌瘤及子宫畸形等,增加手术难度,偶而发生流产不全,发生炎症、子宫穿孔、大出血等,给下次妊娠和分娩带来一定影响。据统计,做过人工流产的女性再分娩时,发生自然流产,产后出血,前置胎盘,胎盘粘连的几率均明显增高。另外人工流产对身体有一定的损伤,丢失一定量的血,加上流产过程中心理上承受的压力和肉体上的痛苦,使流产后的身体比较虚弱,有的人还会有贫血倾向。因此,应当进行适当的进补、调养,这对将来再次备孕和以后的身体健康非常重要。
对于自然流产的女性,中医认为 “小产”可能是因为胞脉阻滞或失养,气血运行不畅所致。流产的原因可能有血虚(孕妇身体气血不足,或因疲劳多虑、饮食不协调,孕前失血而体虚),气郁(孕妇因心情抑郁而导致肝血失调,肝血偏虚就会导致孕妇心情更加抑郁。如果心情经常反复无常,就导致血行不畅,造成小产),虚寒(孕妇因体质虚寒,造成体内阴寒日重,气血运行不畅,血脉受阻导致小腹冷痛),外伤(跌倒或受伤)。自然流产不但对母体损伤很大,精神上的压力更是不可形容。所以对流产的女性多加关怀,呵护,更是完全必要的。身体上的调理对将来准备再次受孕非常关键。而补养的程度、持续的时间,应视流产者的体质、失血多少,全面衡量而定。
中医指出:“小产将养十倍于正产也”,意思是堕胎或流产(小产)对身体耗损很大,相比于正常生产,需要花更多的心力与时间去调养。调理的时间:10周以内的小产至少要调养半个月,10~24周的小产至少要调养一个月。
因为手术引起少量出血,使身体受到一定的损伤,所以要适当增加营养。手术后一周內,不要食用有酒精、人参、麻油、麻辣锅、咖啡、刺激性、冰品、寒涼蔬果等,以免腹痛、出血增加。多攝取铁、叶酸、維生素C、B的食物(如豬肝、波菜、綠色蔬菜、魚等)。食物原则是少盐、清淡易消化,煮熟、温热食用。
充足休息:最好能充足休息1周。不然容易出血、腰酸腹痛很久、精神不好。多臥床,不要站立太久,更不要一直走動(流產周数较大的应該休息2周)。尽量吃好、睡好、不碰冷水、禁吹冷风。要特别注意外阴部的清洁卫生,卫生纸要至少4小时更换1次,避免细菌感染,导致子宫内膜炎、输卵管炎、盆腔炎、不孕不育等疾病发生。一个月内避免盆浴、同房。 及时采取适当的避孕措施,避免在时机不成熟的情况下再次怀孕。另外,小产后的女性情绪低落、沮丧,更需要亲人、朋友的悉心关爱和照顾。
