素食 基础月子餐，每日餐单含午餐、晚餐、 2个甜品点心、2个汤 1 个茶（含生化汤。比全福月子餐 少1个早餐、1个汤、1个甜点）。一个月30天基本不重复，品种丰富花样多。
Usually the standard postpartum meal duration is 30 days as the body takes 30-45 days to recover from child birth. Minimum order is 15 days as this is the critical stage for recovery; and 45 day-meal plan is recommended for C-section or new mothers experienced additional trauma during child birth. Daily menu is different; menu design for natural or C-section birth are different.
Vegetarian meal plan A: Daily menu consists of lunch, dinner, 2 snacks, 2 soups, 1 tea (includes ShengHuaTang. One breakfast, one soup, and one dessert less than plan B). Daily menu is different for the duration of 15 – 30 days with a lot of variety.
Vegan menu is suitable for new mothers that has a dietary restriction due to religious believes or life choices. The nutrition focuses on postpartum different stages are similar to the above two menus but protein source is coming from egg, dairy, and plant based (tofu, beans, lentils, nuts, seeds, certain kind of fruit and vegetables). Due to the dietary restriction, there will be less of a variety in dishes & soup.
